It is already hard enough getting your child into a regular sleeping pattern, but when the clocks go forward this strikes additional fear into the heart of all parents. We lose an hour in bed and wake up feeling a little sleepier than usual. British Summer Time starts on the last Sunday of March each year. The clock goes forward one hour at 1am. So on Sunday the 28th of March 2021, we will move to British Summer Time (BST). We will last until Sunday the 31st of October, when the clocks go back an hour and we return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
